Are your millets gluten-free?
Yes, all our millets and flours are naturally gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO. They are a perfect alternative for people with gluten sensitivity or those looking for healthier grains.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our millets and flours have a shelf life of 24 months. We recommend storing them in airtight containers in a cool, dry place. For longer freshness, refrigerate or freeze the flour.
Do you add preservatives or chemicals?
No. All our products are 100% natural with no added preservatives, chemicals, or artificial colors.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll replace the product or issue a refund.
How do I cook your millets?
Our millets are ready to cook. Simply wash and boil with water (2:1 ratio) for 10–15 minutes, or use them in pulao, salads, or porridge.
Can millet flour replace wheat flour in baking?
Yes, millet flour can replace up to 25–30% of wheat flour in most recipes. For fully gluten-free baking, combine with binders like xanthan gum or chickpea flour.
Why are millets considered eco-friendly?
Millets require 70% less water than rice, are naturally pest-resistant, and grow well in poor soils—making them one of the most sustainable crops in the world.
